Usually, the thing that is holding us back from quitting smoking is
our beliefs that quitting smoking is impossible or that we can’t quit.
Therefore BELIEVE your potential, and you will be successful.

I am not going to hark on about the other benefits that you would gain from quitting smoking, but they are there and I am sure that you have heard them time after time, maybe even been nagged about them from your partner or family. I am simply talking about hard CASH!.

This saving is not the only saving that you could make, you could save all the money that you would have to spend on maintainig your home due to smoke discolouration and smells. Cleaninig your clothes and furnishings more frequently to try and remove the lingering smells of being a smoker. By quitting smoking you will no longer be considered a social outcast by society or your friends, all because you smoke.

Now, don’t you agree that there are other benefits for you quitting smoking, other than all those health benefits, think of how much better your financial situation would be.
